Close the data gap without breaking performance
Capture more high-quality data
Most tools stop when visitors say no to cookies. Ours doesn’t. Anonymous tracking captures traffic from non-consenting visitors without storing personal data. See up to 4× more sessions in your reports, and get a complete overview of your audience.
Understand every journey
Don’t settle for reports full of blind spots. User-flow reporting and ecommerce tracking reveal how visitors move through your site and what drives transactions. Helps you spot which campaigns perform, where drop-offs happen, and how to optimize spend.
Optimize performance in real time
Act while it matters, not after the fact. Real-time dashboards highlight opportunities and risks as they happen. Audience activation lets you re-engage high-intent visitors. The result: smarter marketing and more conversions, with less guesswork.
Measure what matters to your business
Generic dashboards don’t fit every team. Ours adapts to yours. Ecommerce tracking, custom dashboards, and raw data access via API let you tailor reports to your business. Align teams around the same numbers — and prove ROI with data you trust.
Satisfy both marketing and legal
Give your legal team confidence while enabling your marketers. Hosting on EU servers and no data is shared with third-parties. You have full control and 100% ownership of your data.
No migration required to get started
Switching analytics tools is painful. With Cookie Information, you don’t have to. Run alongside GA4, Adobe Analytics, or any other tool to fill the gaps and recover missing sessions — or to check the accuracy of the numbers you already rely on.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does Cookie Information “recover more data” compared to other CMPs?
Most CMPs stop collecting data when visitors don’t consent. Cookie Information works with Piwik PRO analytics to track visitors anonymously even when they decline cookies. This means you can capture behavioral data from all visitors while staying privacy-compliant. You’ll recover up to 30% of visitor data that’s typically lost to consent requirements, giving you complete visibility into customer journeys.
How does anonymous tracking work?
Anonymous tracking collects behavioral data without personal identifiers. When visitors decline cookies, the system still tracks their page views, sessions, and actions using temporary session identifiers instead of cookies. These session IDs expire after 30 minutes and can’t identify individuals across sessions. You’ll see complete traffic sources, visitor behavior, and conversion funnels, just without personal data attached.
Is anonymous tracking privacy compliant?
Yes. Anonymous tracking with Cookie Information complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy laws. The platform uses session-based tracking that collects no personal data, masks IP addresses, and limits geolocation to country level. Cookie Information even has CNIL exemption status in France, which allows certain analytics data collection without explicit consent when configured correctly.
Do I need to switch from my current analytics provider?
No. Cookie Information’s consent management works with your existing analytics setup, including Google Analytics. However, you’ll get complete data visibility by using Cookie Information with Piwik PRO analytics, since they’re built to work together. The combination captures anonymous behavioral data even when visitors decline cookies, something most analytics platforms can’t do.
How does the free trial work?
You start by filling out the registration form. You’ll get a confirmation email to verify your account and set your password. After logging in, you’ll follow a short onboarding to set up your account. The trial lasts 30 days, and you can upgrade to a paid Business account anytime during your trial.
What happens when my free trial ends?
We’ll remind you to make a decision as your trial approaches the end. If you haven’t upgraded by the end of 30 days, your account will be deactivated, but you’ll still have 7 more days to upgrade. After that, your account and data will be permanently deleted.
Can I change to a different plan at a later point?
Yes, but not during your current subscription period. You can switch plans when your billing cycle ends, whether that’s monthly or yearly. For example, if you’re on an annual plan, you can choose a different plan when it’s time to renew, but not in the middle of the year. If you’re unsure about timing or costs, reach out and we’ll be happy to answer your questions.
What are actions?
Actions are the total number of activities tracked on your site or app each month. This includes page views (when a visitor views a page), downloads (when a visitor downloads a file), outlinks (when a visitor clicks a link to an external website), searches (when a visitor uses your internal search), custom events, goals, loading a tag manager container, loading a consent manager window, uploading a line item, and sending an API request.
How will I know how many actions I’ve used?
Log in to your account, open the menu, and go to Administration > Account > Subscription to see how many actions you’ve used.
What do you mean by domain(s)?
A domain is each unique website or app where you collect data. For example, yoursite.com counts as one domain, and app.yoursite.com counts as another.
When we talk about “domain(s)” in our pricing, root domains and subdomains count separately. For example, example.com counts as one domain, and blog.example.com counts as another domain. The Business plan includes up to 20 domains.
What happens if I exceed my limits for actions and/or domains?
If you go over the limits in your plan – for example, by tracking more actions or adding extra domains – we’ll either:
a) Charge an overage fee based – the difference between your current plan and the plan that matches your higher usage. We calculate and invoice overages at the end of each billing cycle.
b) If the overages are frequent or significant, your subscription may be automatically upgraded to a higher plan that better fits your usage, effective from the start of that billing month.
Billing:
- Card payments: Charged immediately or added to your next payment
- Invoice payments: Included in your next invoice
- If you try to add a domain beyond your limit, we may ask you to accept the overage charge or upgrade first
You can monitor your usage anytime in your account dashboard.
Is there a limit to how many consents I can collect?
No. There’s no limit to the number of consents you can collect. The Business plan pricing is based on actions (website interactions) and domains (number of sites or apps), not on consent volume.
Can the pricing change?
Yes, subscription fees may change over time. Prices are automatically adjusted by 4% every year on your subscription anniversary. We may also update our pricing at other times; however, we’ll always provide you with at least 30 days’ notice. If you add new domains or apps during your current billing period, we’ll charge you a pro-rated amount for the rest of the term. After that, they’ll be part of your regular subscription. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 30 days before the end of the current term.
Do I need to provide credit card details to start my trial?
No, you don’t need to provide credit card details to start your Business plan trial. However, to continue using the Business plan outside of the trial period, you’ll need to provide credit card details before your trial ends.
