No, you don’t have to provide credit card details to start your trial.
Credit card details are only needed for when you subscribe to a paid plan – either during or after your trial.

After 14 days, we’ll let you know your trial has ended. To keep using the cookie banner, just subscribe to a paid plan.

What is your definition of ‘domains’?
‘Domains’ relates to Consent Management, and is any unique website address or subdomain you’ve added to your account and are actively tracking (like ‘example.com’ or ‘blog.example.com’). Each domain you set up and monitor counts toward the domain limit included in your plan.
What are ‘actions’, and how are they counted?
‘Actions’ relates to Analytics, and covers the total monthly number of activities tracked on your site or app.
It includes things like:

How will I know how many actions I’ve used?
Log in to your account, open the menu, and navigate to Administration > Account > Subscription to get an overview of how many actions you’ve used.
What happens if I exceed my limits for actions and/or domains?
If you go over the limits in your plan – for example, by tracking more actions or adding extra domains – we’ll charge an overage fee based on your pricing plan. We calculate and invoice overages at the end of each billing cycle.
If the overages are frequent or significant, your subscription may be automatically upgraded to a higher plan that better fits your usage.
What happens if I exceed the cookie banner scan depth limit?
You won’t be able to exceed the scan depth limit. Once the limit is reached, the scanner will stop scanning your website for cookies and other third-party services.
What if I keep using the service after going over my limits?
If you continue using the service after exceeding your limits, we’ll consider that as acceptance of the overage fees or the upgraded plan. Either way, you’ll be billed accordingly.
Can the pricing change?
Yes, subscription fees may change over time.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 30 days before the end of the current term.
How is my subscription billed?
Your subscription is billed in advance – either monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose.
You’ll need to provide up-to-date payment details when you sign up. We’ll charge your card or send an invoice once your subscription is active.
For bank transfers, payment is due within 30 days. You can update your payment details anytime through the platform or by contacting us.
